  • David Tiltmann: Chief Executive Officer
    Qualifications: B.Com (industrial Psychology Business Economics)
    David obtained his B.Com from UPE in 1986. He joined Algoa FM in 1989 and was appointed as the managing director of the radio station in February 2000. David was inducted into the South African Radio Hall of Fame in April 2018. He has worked as a Broadcast Liaison Officer at the 2010 and 2018 Soccer World Cup in South Africa and Russia respectively. He was appointed Group CEO in December 2018. On the 1st July 2020, he was appointed as the Chairman of the CMG board.

 

  • Neoclis (Nick) Efstathiou: CEO of Central Media Group
    Qualifications: MBA (NWU).
    He joined OFM in 2001 and has held various positions:Oct 2012 – Feb 2019: General Manager at Central Media Group t/a OFM,Oct 2011 – Sept 2012: Group Marketing Manager Central Media Group and,Dec 2011 – April 2014: General Manager & Executive Director Redstar Agency,July 2004 – Sept 2011: Marketing Manager at OFM,May 2003 – June 2004: Marketing Executive at OFM,Sept 2001 – June 2004: Freelance presenter & Sport presenter at OFM.Apr 2001 – May 2003: Promotions and events coordinator & Morning show producer OFM.

 

  • Mari Reynolds: Financial Director at Central Media Group
    Qualifications: MBA (2021), B.Acc (2008), SAICA (2011), SAIPA (2012).
    April 2015 started working for Central Media Group t/a OFM as a Financial Manager.
    2012 – 2015: Senior Accountant, and then team leader at Mazars Central Incorporated.

 

  • Rethabile Kolobe
    Qualifications: B.Soc.Sc, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources), Honours in Psychology and an Advanced Programme in Organisational Development.
    Rethabile is the Senior Industrial Relations Officer at Mangaung Local Municipality.

 

  • Dr Mangalane Maggy Du Toit
    Qualifications: B.A. Social Work (1995), M.A. Social Sciences (Social Work) Community Development (1999), Advanced Diploma in Social Reconstruction and Development (2002), Diploma in Advanced Business Management (2006), Masters in Public Administration (2012). Currently completing a PhD (Department of Public Administration and Management).
    Dr du Toit is currently the Chief Director at Land Restitution Support since 2015 for the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Land Reform in the Northern Cape.

    Qualifications:  MBA (UKZN) – Corporate Finance.  ICT Strategist, Transformation & Strategic Advisor, Brand Builder, Business Process Re-engineering, Program & Project Manager, Published Author, Ph.D. Candidate.
  • A successful and diverse Executive Level Professional. Offering experience in various challenging operational, senior leadership/management roles in private and public sector organisations.
    Andiswa is currently the Director – Information Technology – Academic & Office Solutions at North West University, Potchefstroom. A successful and diverse Executive Level Professional. Offering experience in various challenging operational, senior leadership/management roles in private and public sector organisations.

 

  • Mzuvele Mthethwa
    Qualifications & Professional Development: 2023 – ECR Senior Leadership Development Program (Stellenbosch University), 2015 – Kagiso Media Senior Management Program (Gordon Institute of Business Studies), 2015 – Bachelor of Commerce (UNISA)
    Mzuvele is a Finance and Business Management graduate with over 10 years of experience in management focusing on corporate governance, financial management, and reporting in Broadcasting. As of January 2024, Mzuvele was appointed Acting Managing Director for East Coast Radio (ECR). Before that, he led ECR’s finance team mainly focusing on strategic formulation and implementation, corporate governance, risk management, compliance, financial reporting, planning, and analysis, as well as driving the finance team’s growth and development.
